The mobile phone full-frequency code detection device simulates the broadcast-inducing signal of the operator's mobile communication network (china mobile/ Unicom/Telecom and later it can upgrade to another ), so that mobile phone terminals in the standby state where are around them will detect a change in the location area, thereby initiate a location area update process.
