When drones are active in farm airspace, anti-drone jammer will target the communication and navigation frequency bands commonly used by drones, namely the 2.4G, 5.2G, 5.8G frequency bands and GPS/GNSS positioning frequency bands, and emit powerful and precise interference signals. In the 2.4G and 5.8G frequency bands, which are commonly used for remote control and image transmission of drones, the interference signals emitted by dronejammer will cover and block the transmission of control commands between the drone and the remote controller, as well as the image transmission signals of the drone sending real-time images back to the operator, causing the drone to lose effective control from the ground and unable to fly according to preset instructions.
For the 5.2G frequency band, some high-end drones may perform data transmission or communication enhancement in this frequency band, and the drone frequency blocker can also interfere with its signals to further ensure the interruption of the drone communication link. As for the GPS/GNSS frequency band, the interference signals emitted by the drone frequency blocker will disrupt the drone's reception of satellite positioning signals, making it unable to accurately obtain its own location information and lose its positioning and navigation capabilities. Once a drone loses its positioning and communication support, it will usually perform automatic return, hover or forced landing operations based on its own safety mechanism, and will be forcibly controlled and unable to continue to fly freely in the farm airspace, thus ensuring the safety and order of the farm.
